I have been here in Pader, Uganda for a few days and had the time to get to know more of IAS employees. One of the many highlights of these days was to hear Juliet Namukasa and her colleagues warmly describe the long journey (several years) of work and experiences that led to the compilation of the “tool” she continues, TACT. On October 4 was about 500 hundred people gathered in Pader for the release of this book. I am quite clear on how impressive!
