We would like to welcome you to our Guest/Team House which is located in Kilimani (Kirichwa
Road, off Ngong Road) only 5 km from City Centre of Nairobi - the fast moving metropolis of East Africa.

IAS Guest House dispose of 8 rooms in two semidetached houses. With the option of 1 double or
2 to 3 single beds we can accommodate up to 19 people at an affordable price.
IAS Guest House is situated in the compound also housing the IAS-Kenya office and staff.
We want you to come and feel at home, relax and enjoy our facilities.
Want to cook yourself?
In our guesthouse you have the unique opportunity to prepare your own meals according to your
preferences or visit any of the nearby restaurants.
There is a fridge with a small freezer, gas-cooker, microwave,
toaster and plenty of kitchen utensils. You can also enjoy a BBQ in the garden.

In the guest house you can enjoy internet access, relax in the living room watching the news on the TV or
work on your tan in the garden where we also have a covered terrace perfect for the afternoon tea.
The guesthouse is in walking distance from Yaya Shopping Centre, Adams Arcade and
Prestige Plaza where you find the big supermarket Nakumatt.
Just 200 m. down Kirichwa Road you will find Ngong Road that takes you down town in 15 min. using the buses 102, 111, 4 and 5.
Going out of town you can visit Ngong Hills and
Karen Blixen Museum in Karen.
